| 7. | How to send design template to designer? |

1. Existing customer: Fill up the order form, Put Order Number(ie. COM******) into the order form notes, customer will receive confirmation email after send design order to us. 2. Guest: you can see rough idea layout and save the design layout as ".png" file into local disk before you ready to order, easy to save your idea |
| 8. | How to work with designer? | 1. Existing customer: The Designer will send final layout to customer email(only one email which it was placed order) when we receive the layout design online order. Customer still can revise layout when you find any issue from final layout with email. *Customer cannot revise any issue after sign on the final layout for final approval 2. Guest: customer can save the design template as ".png" file, but you won't receive the final layout from our designer. |
| 9. | *Suggestions: | - Online design layout is temporary layout, not final layout. - Customer can make design emblem position, lettering position, different languages, etc. It will give customer rough idea how it is looks like. |
